SPS-Series: Nano-Positioning Linear stage
The SPS series is a high precision stage with a low posture, low center of gravity, and space saving with a thickness of only 26 mm.
By attaching a special bracket, it is possible to increase thrust with parallel drive using two shaft motors. The encoder can be selected as incremental absolute.
The stage is powered by the SX100T linear Shaft motor (Ø100mm shaft with triple coils), and realizing a continuous force of 6,8N (27N peak)
The integrated linear shaft motor make the stage cogging less.
The SPS-series has crossed roller bearings, is very stable at low-speed and show an ultra-low ripple with low vibration.
Optional, is an integrated encoder (incremental 1 ~0,002µm (AB phase) or Absolute 0,01 ~ 0,005µm (Panasonic Serial)
The fixed forcer allows more reliability and durability for continuous operation
